Trainer Bio:

My name is Bailey Speck, I’m a Junior at Philomath High School, and I’ve been riding horses for 10 years. I have been starting colts and working with mustangs for the past three years. After high school I want to get a degree in Neuroscience and work in the mental health field. This is my third year in the Teens and Oregon Mustangs Program. The past two summers have been truly amazing and I hope to have yet another awesome summer this year!

1st Update – May 2014

Chantilly has had an awesome first day! She was definitely not the easiest mustang I’ve gentled, but after we got over the hump she made quite a lot of progress for one day. After about an hour of working her I was able to touch her all over and get her neck tag off. We also worked on leading a bit today. We didn’t do much, but we were successful in what we set out to accomplish!
