Participation Points

This is added to the final score. Trainers have had the opportunity to earn points during the last 100 days.  T&OM felt it was important for the trainers to build their skill sets outside of the arena too.  Points could be earned through a variety of activities that emphasized public speaking, sales, advertising, social media and more.
